1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SOULENCE. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are not prohibited by applicable law from using dating services.
• You have not been convicted of a felony or violent crime.
• You will use the platform only for its intended purpose — to meet and connect with other people.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Keep your profile information up to date.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not create more than one account per person.

3. Acceptable Use

When using SOULENCE, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or harm other users.
• Post fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles.
• Use the platform to solicit money, gifts, or any commercial gain.
• Share explicit, violent, or illegal content of any kind.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts on the platform.
• Post content that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation.

4. User Content

Content you post (photos, bio, messages) remains yours. By posting it, you grant SOULENCE a limited, non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

5. Matching & Messaging

SOULENCE provides tools to help people connect, but we do not guarantee any specific number of matches, messages, or romantic outcomes. Messaging is available between matched users. We may monitor messages for safety and Terms compliance but respect your privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Safety Policy

Your safety is our top priority. We encourage you to:

• Meet in a public place for any first in-person meetings.
• Tell a trusted friend where you are going.
• Never send money to someone you met online.
• Report suspicious profiles using the in-app report tool.

SOULENCE is not responsible for the conduct of users outside the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All SOULENCE branding, logos, UI design, and platform code are the intellectual property of SOULENCE Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform or design without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security.

9. Limitation of Liability

SOULENCE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of SOULENCE after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
